By creating an account or using Stacksy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in your country to use Stacksy.

Stacksy is an informational and personal tracking tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Nothing in the app — no compound descriptions, benefits, side effects, dosing suggestions, schedules, titration steps, or calculator outputs — is medical advice, a prescription, or a recommendation to use any substance.

Peptides and similar compounds can carry serious health risks. Always consult a qualified, licensed clinician before you start, stop, or change any protocol. Only a clinician who knows your full health history can advise what is appropriate for you. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Many compounds shown in Stacksy are investigational or not approved by regulators for the uses described, and may be unregulated or sold for research use only. Their inclusion is for informational tracking — it is not an endorsement or a recommendation to obtain or use any compound.

The Stacksy team are not doctors. You are solely responsible for your health decisions, and you use any information in the app at your own risk.

You are responsible for everything you enter into the app and for verifying it against your own protocol and your clinician's guidance — including doses and calculator results before you rely on them.

You agree not to use Stacksy to track or facilitate anything that is illegal where you live, and you are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you. Keep your login credentials and device secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the app or violate these terms.

Stacksy is offered as a paid subscription, available as monthly or annual auto-renewing plans. The price is shown before you buy and is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Stacksy is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that compound information or calculations are complete, accurate, or suitable for your situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stacksy and its team are not liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app or any decision made based on information in it. Your use of Stacksy is at your own risk.

We may revise these terms as the app grows. When we make a meaningful change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, show a notice in the app. Continuing to use Stacksy after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Stacksy's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
